EdgeRed named one of Australia's Best Workplaces™ 2026
31 Aug 2026
A year ago, “AI consultancy” meant something different. The industry has moved fast, teams have grown, expectations have shifted, and the pace hasn’t slowed. In that context, workplace culture isn’t a soft question. It’s the one that decides who stays, who grows, and who wants to build something with you.
We’re proud to share that EdgeRed has been recognised on the Best Workplaces™ in Australia 2026 list in the Small category by Great Place to Work®. It’s our second year on the list (full list here).
A year of growth
The past twelve months have been our biggest yet. We’ve welcomed new starters, expanded our data engineering practice, joined The Omnia Collective, and taken on agentic AI and Snowflake Cortex AI work that stretched the team into new territory.
The best part of all of it is that the culture has come along for the ride. The trust our team has in each other, the curiosity, the way we back each other on hard projects: none of it has thinned as we’ve grown. If anything, it’s sharpened.
This year’s recognition reflects a team that has kept doing the work well, together, through a year of change.
How the Best Workplaces™ list is decided
The list is determined by the Great Place to Work® Trust Index™ survey, which measures three core relationships that shape the employee experience: with management, with colleagues, and with the work itself. The Trust Index score is the percentage of employees who consider their company a great workplace.
Which means the recognition comes directly from the people who work here. It’s the team saying, clearly and independently, that EdgeRed is a place worth being.
A thank you
To the team who make this happen every day: thank you for the work you put in for each other, our clients, and EdgeRed.
