At EdgeRed, we believe our people are our greatest strength. That’s why we’re excited to introduce the newest members of our team – our 2025 Cohort 2 graduates, a group of talented individuals who are starting their consulting careers with us.

Why grads matter to EdgeRed
Our graduate program is designed to give early-career consultants exposure to real projects from day one. Working alongside our experienced team, they get to learn not just the technical skills, but also the consulting craft — how to listen, how to problem-solve, and how to deliver outcomes that make a difference.
We also know that learning flows both ways. Our grads bring new perspectives, fresh energy, and the latest thinking from their studies. That mix of experience and curiosity makes for better solutions, better conversations, and stronger client partnerships.
Meet Atharva
Atharva has previously worked as a Snowflake Developer and Data Scientist in India and Sydney, and recently graduated from The University of Sydney with a Masters in IT and a Masters in IT Management. [He likes to read non-fiction, and enjoys watching football on weekends]
If you could develop any AI to make/do something in your life easier, what would it be and why?
Answer: I’d build an AI that understands me so well it could handle the boring stuff and make the fun stuff easier: it would plan perfect weekends, keep track of my hobbies, remind me of little things I love, and even suggest random adventures when I’m stuck in a rut.
Meet Dominic
Dominic recently graduated from the University of Sydney with a Masters in Data Analytics in Business. [He likes coffee and on the weekend enjoys exploring new towns/cities to find hidden gems like local cafes and restaurants.]
If you could develop any AI to make/do something in your life easier, what would it be and why?
Answer: I’d develop an AI-driven bed that changes firmness and angle in real-time depending on my preference, habits, and sleep cycle. It would be great in helping me get out of bed in the morning so I can start my day strong.
Meet Jacob
Jacob graduated with a Bachelor in Finance and Computational Data Science and has previously worked in fintech, consulting and research. [He enjoys playing sports and watching podcasts or debates.]
If you could develop any AI to make/do something in your life easier, what would it be and why?
Answer: I’d develop an AI tool that trades shares, bonds and futures entirely by itself based on market sentiment and current events. It would also show me a weekly dashboard of performance figures, improving on itself based on historical decisions.
Meet Tan
Tan graduated with a Bachelor of Mathematics Advanced from the University of Wollongong and has previously worked as a software engineer. [Outside of work he enjoys getting to the gym and training BJJ. He also enjoys board games and has a growing collection. ]
If you could develop any AI to make/do something in your life easier, what would it be and why?
Answer: I’d develop an AI tool which can generate recipes for me to make. It would store information about my previous meals, track nutrition and suggest recipes that give me more variety. I spend ages trying to find recipes that are quick, easy but still somewhat healthy so this would save me a lot of time.
