Wrapping up our grad week!
Last week, we wrapped up our Grad Week – a full week dedicated to welcoming and training our new graduates!🎉Our Grad Coordinator, Shilla, did an outstanding job organising everything! The week was a fantastic opportunity for our grads and interns to immerse themselves in what EdgeRed is all about and to connect with the team. It was a memorable and impactful start to their journey with us!
Grad training week
We held 10 training sessions, totalling over 18 hours of training and hands-on learning. A massive shout out to our EdgeRed trainers who brought their A-game in the preparation and delivery of these sessions!

We’re absolutely blown away by the number of responses to our graduate program – receiving over 600 applications! A massive thank you to everyone who applied – your interest means the world to us.
It wasn’t easy for our recruitment team to review and narrow down the choices, but we gave each application the attention it deserved. If you didn’t make it this time, we’ll be opening up our next round of recruitment in March 2025, so keep an eye out.
