A reflection from our FY24 H2 Graduate cohort - We are hiring!
Earlier this year, we welcomed 9 talented graduates to join EdgeRed’s FY24 H2 cohort. Last week, we held a retro session to check in on how their first 4 months have progressed.
Here are fascinating stats on our Grad’s project involvement so far:
Introducing My
My graduated from Western Sydney University holding a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Data Science. Since she’s joined, she’s been able to upskill on SQL, Google Apps Script and LLM Models. She’s even been involved in refining our EdgeRed internal assistant, E.R.I.C.A.
My is currently working with a global automotive client alongside a Senior Data Analyst to produce innovative data solutions.

Introducing Tim
Tim graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics (majored in Big Data) from Western Sydney University. Since joining EdgeRed, he’s hit the ground running working across SQL queries, Power BI dashboards, LLM models and even presented his findings to a CEO! Currently he’s working with a Senior Consultant in a major healthcare company.

Introducing Moon
Joining our newly established Melbourne team, Moon graduated with a Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) from Monash University. Coming from a slightly different background, Moon picked up programming and SQL for the first time, and is now working alongside our Lead Consultant on a major global company. She has a keen eye for design aesthetics – super handy in dashboarding, as well as incredible presentation skills – perfect for consulting!
Separately, Moon has also taken up the role as our Social Media Manager – creating fun and engaging content on our Instagram and Tik Tok!
