EdgeRed and Bound Digital are at ADAPT Digital & AI Edge on 16 June – together, for the first time, as part of The Omnia Collective.

It’s not a coincidence that we’re showing up as a pair at this one. ADAPT Digital & AI Edge draws Heads of Digital Transformation, Product and Customer – people who are trying to make AI work not just in the data layer, but in the product, the service journey, the customer experience. That’s exactly where the two sides of what we do meet.

EdgeRed builds the foundation – agentic AI, Microsoft Fabric implementation, Snowflake Cortex AI, production-grade machine learning. Bound Digital designs what sits on top of it – customer experience, service journeys, UX/UI for web, mobile and AI-powered interfaces. Most organisations we work with have one or the other covered. Very few have both moving in the same direction at the same time.

That gap is where AI projects stall. The data is good enough to build on, but the experience isn’t designed for how people actually make decisions. Or the interface is slick, but the underlying system can’t hold up in production. We’ve seen both. Between us, we can close it.
