The Challenge
An Australian health services provider was processing a high volume of documents daily across multiple formats — PDFs, images and other document types — each containing sensitive participant information. Their existing software required manual configuration per document type and couldn’t scale without additional headcount, which wasn’t viable. The organisation needed automation that could handle format variability, maintain data sovereignty, and scale with volume growth — without requiring ongoing manual configuration or additional staff.
