About Monica
Monica comes from an analytics and strategy consulting background.
Throughout her career, she has led many large transformational and strategic projects which are longer term in nature. This includes data platform migration, the roll out of data governance frameworks and setting up new data analytics capabilities for some of Australia’s largest organisations.
Prior to co-founding EdgeRed, Monica was a Consultant at Deloitte, Insights Manager at Macquarie Bank (BFS) and a Data Scientist / Analytics Lead at Quantium and Equifax.
Monica’s unhealthy love for bubble tea is evident, as she is rarely seen without one in hand. She is passionate about empowering students to pursue rewarding careers in STEM and is an active board member of the Australian Mathematica Science Institute (AMSI).
