What truly sets Jon apart is his unique ability to bridge the gap between deep technical expertise and forward-thinking business strategy. His Master’s in Business Analytics perfectly complements his Bachelor of Computer Science, allowing him to not only understand the “how” but, more importantly, the “why.”
This dual perspective has been the driving force behind his success. “I’ve always been drawn to gaining strategic advantage through the practical application of technology,” Jon says. “How can we use it to solve complex, real-world, important problems? These days, we are spoiled for choice with the plethora of platforms, technologies, and integrated AI tools available. It’s about knowing what to use, when, and why.”

Having led teams and developed products in Sydney, London, and Munich, Jon brings a truly global perspective to EdgeRed. His experience in the fast-paced European tech scene has seen him mentor colleagues on product management and lead data engineering teams to create robust, scalable AI solutions.
