Introduction to Lendi Group

Lendi Group is a major player in Australian home lending, best known for its flagship brands, Aussie and Lendi. The Group has pioneered a tech-led model in mortgage broking, combining smart technology with a national network of brokers to deliver a seamless customer experience.

As part of its continued innovation, Lendi Group is expanding its proposition to support property buyers more holistically. That includes offering buyers agent services, which was announced at their Thrive25 conference earlier this year. To do that effectively, Lendi needed to strengthen its property research capabilities and unlock the full potential of its data.

 

How we helped

Over the past 10 months, our work with Lendi Group has focused on strengthening their data capabilities from the ground up—supporting both day-to-day operations as well as strategic initiatives across their brands. Working closely with their internal data team, we provided hands-on support to streamline processes, optimise workflows, and improve visibility across the business.

We started by assessing current practices, identifying key gaps, and helping shape a more effective team structure. From there, we focused on making better use of Lendi’s existing tools, bringing consistency and rigour to their data pipelines, reports, and product development initiatives.

Using Lendi’s selected tech stack, we helped consolidate data sources, resolve integration challenges, and create clearer, more reliable reporting. Our team also supported the transition of reporting logic into a more scalable model, introduced tools to improve data discoverability, and laid the groundwork for more agile and automated reporting.
